Lauren Guetling - Gentle Path Counseling

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR certified therapist offering individual counseling in Denver, Colorado. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a variety of techniques, including EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT and mindfulness, but the foundation of my work is a person-centered and relational approach to therapy. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where we can explore your challenges with curiosity and compassion. I am currently accepting new clients for October 2024. I offer in-person sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as secure video therapy sessions Wednesday through Friday. It would be my privilege to help guide and support you.
